What are the trademark licensing terms for using a pro sports teams logo on a blog?

or on a website in general? If I started a blog called cowboysblue&sliver.com, where I wrote about the the Dallas Cowboys and such, do I have to receive permission to use their logo on my site? Like would I have to pay royalties. I won't be selling merchandise with their logo.
